3tc engine build

so i'm planning in either build my 3tc engine or drop in a 4age. my goal is to run 15's in the quarter mile N/A. passing emissions is not important. i was planning on using the crankashft and connecting rods from a toyovan engine and having the block bored over .040" with an american cam 280. i would use the stock pistons but obviously oversized and was wondering how much i could mill the head to bump up compression or what pistons i could use
