USA 77 liftback click, click

ok so heres the deal, it ran then the nxt day when i turn the key it just goes click. i pulled the pannel off to find what was clicking and it was the ignition relay at the passenger side kick pannel. i replaced it and its still just goin click. everything else works, radio plays, wipers wipe, just no power getting to the 2t-c. any ideas?

where is the starter on a 77 liftback? i tried to find it and so did a couple other ppl. is it hidden behind something?
