questions first, are you keeping the 4AC motor or on the future you'll also swap a 4ag w/ a GTS rear end? why I ask, it will be easier to convert everything on one big swap... I help a club4ag member back then to convert his SR5 coupe AT to a 16V 4ag w/ a 5 speed manual. well if you do a 4ag swap you'll need a GTS or SR5 5 speed transmission w/ drive shaft, 4age motor w/ a uncut wire harness, ECU, manual transmission pedals set (they say a AW11 MR2 are same as the GTS pedals but not 100% sure never done it but i was reading a topic about it years ago) and if you want a GTS gas tank w/ fuel lines (or just keep your original fuel tank and run a external fuel pump but its up to you what you want)... O yeah a GTS rear

advice only: do it one big swap, less work and time

The budget depends on where you get your parts. You need the 5-speed 4A-C flywheel unless your swaping engine at the same time. Clutch kit, The master and slave cylinder and the pedal of course and maybe even the safty switch, I dont know if you need a driveline somebody else will know. I'm having troble remembering what else you need.
