Mechanical advice!

Hi fellas!
I want to rebuild my 3TC engine, to make it faster, stronger, respectable...
Can somebody prepare me a wish list with some specification to reach this?
Money is not problem...

New suspension for my TE72 '82 -wagon-
If an AE86 suspension fits to TE72... does this air suspension do it without problems?!

I'm in Orlando Florida... I need a good mechanic too!
Thanks everybody!
