can get cam bolt type adjuster that replacees the top bolt on the lower mount for about 20 off ebay, or most of your tire and wheel stores will have them. if its a gts, has a factory adjustable washer to adjust camber.

My FX-16, (not a GT-S) has the factory adjusters.
I have also seen them on sedans, Corollas and Chevy Novas in the junk yard.
