Question n00b wants to buy corolla

I'm a total newb to this site and Toyota in general, if this is in the wrong spot i'm sorry and mods please move it.

But I'm looking at a 1980 Toyota Corolla Wagon. it has the 1.8L 4 cyl. 3TC engine. Auto trans. Guy is asking 1600 for it and it needs a new radiator too. here is a video walkaround of it:

What kind of mileage can I expect and what is a good offer to make him??

thanks

$1000 at the most- auto, missing trim under windshield and passanger seat belt trim, rear bumper, air cleaner... Pros are the SR-5 mirrors and it's a 80 with quad lights- install a set of benz amber lights for the highs and call it a day
