USA 84 LE FWD water pump pulley removal.

Hi all first post here. I should've been coming here a long time ago.

Going to replace the timing belt and water pump on my 84. Is there a tool to hold the water pump pulley in place to get the bolts off? The pump needs to come off to get to the t belt. Looks like I'll have to jack the engine up and down to get the bolts off as well.

Tried searching, but didn't find anything.

The way I do it, is to loosen those bolts before removing the drive belt, and stick a wrench through the P/S pump pulley, which is on the same belt.

This is on newer fuel injected models, and I am not sure your '84 is the same.

Modification: Changing something to what you thought it should have been from the start!
