Those wheels are off a rear wheel drive model I belive. Celica or Corolla.
The offset (back space) is different from the front wheel drive models, and I believe the bolt hole spacing is different also.
If the bolt hole spacing is the same you could possibly use spacers, but for the thickness that I think you might need, you will probably need to get longer wheel studs too.

There are some adapters (spacers with wheel studs in them) that will correct for back spacing and bolt spacing, but those cost so much, it is probably better to just get yourself a set of inexpensive aluminum wheels from Discount Tire, or find some in a salvage yard, that will fit.

Those look to be MKII Celica Supra wheels so you're looking at the wrong offset and bolt pattern. If you had a RWD Corolla they would work however on the FWD they won't. RWD four bolt has a 4X114.3 bolt pattern, FWD are 4X100. As Donald pointed out you can buy adapters but it'll be about the same cost just to pick up a cheap set of alloy's. You can find them now for $100 a wheel for the low end ones or you could search the junk yards for a used set, lots of cars used/use the 4X100. Older Hyundia Elantra's, Honda Civic's, Tercel's, Paseo's, Echo's, Yaris' and Ford Escort's all had/have that pattern, biggest thing is making sure the offset will work for you.

The first three wheels at the link below are less than $65 each.

14" wheels

With 15" wheels, you have a greater selection.
