You have to drop the tank which is damn near the easiest tank drop on any car.

In a nutshell

Disconnect the battery
Open the fuel cap
Remove the bolts holding the filler neck to the body at the fuel door.
Remove the fuel tank plug (3/8 drive square head bolt)
Drain the tank into a suitable container (up to 13 gallons can come out)
Support the fuel tank
Disconnect the vent hose and return hose from the fuel line
Remove the fuel tank protector
Go in the trunk and unplug the fuel level connector near the spare tire
Support the fuel tank
Remove the 14mm? nuts that hold the straps
Remove the straps
Lower the tank
Remove the hardline from the pump housing
Remove the tank
Remove the pump housing bolts
Remove the housing
Remove the hose and connector and remove the pump
Install Walbro fuel pump
Install new gasket on fuel pump body.
Install new braided fuel line (not necessary)
Installation is the reverse of removal.

thanks for the help, would I be fine if I ran the stock pump if I have bigger fuel lines?
the previous owner of my car told me that the whole fuel system was upgrade bigger injectors, lines, and a 3XX lph pump. I'm not sure if the stock pump would put out enough pressure to move the fuel.
