Bad caster/Camber/slight frame bent

Car: FX16 GT-S

Maybe you guys can help me with this - The car drives great without vibrations up to 75mph, no pullings or anything weird. I just recently replaced all tie rods, lower ball joints and the car failed at a alignment shop. The car did get into somekind of accident by previous owner, but it's barely noticeable....I did notice why the left control arm has been replaced with an aftermarket steering rack , but the adjuster couldn't get the left side camber and caster back to norma and at least set the toe.

Here's the pic i measure, and I'm just .5 inch off which I think the frame maybe part of it...

Any help would be appreciated..

Judging from your pictures it almost looks like you have 2 different front tires. That could be the cause for the difference. But why did you choose that point to measure. Caster is the forward or rearward tilt of the steering axis. There is no way your steering axis angle is that crazy that you should use those lines. I would first check over the front end for any bent parts (if one control arm is new and the other is bad replace the other). Then take it to a second alignment shop.

Problem solved! I forgot the FX16 or FX16 GT-S 's caster can manually be change by rotating the strut hat to 180 facing towards the driver side. The previous person/mech installed it wrong and nothing's wrong with the frame.. How did I missed that?!
