'AE82 Electrical issues

Hey all. I have an '86 FXGT which has decided to run on only 3 cylinders. Have replaced starter, dizzy, and the lsit goes on. The EFI main relay seems to get hot while running so I replaced the relay box but it was the same with the replacment. There is spark, and ingectors seem to be working.
Any suggestions? Im stumped!!

So this may be a bit late but to hopefully help.... If your engine is only running on three cylinders, something in the equation is missing...... Wheather it be spark, fuel, or compression. First thing I would do is check spark to all wires one by one. If that checks good I would use a noid light and or a test light to see if your injectors are pulsing. If that checks good I would do a compression check. Chances are that one of these three things is gone. Also if you find the cylinder that isn't contributing try changing the plug wires, plugs, or the injector connector with one of the other cylinders. That will rule out the chance that your computer is bad.
