Currently there is nothing available. The main problem (at least in my case) is most times the iPod/OEM radio integration is done via an external cd-changer control/plug. My Camry w/NAV has an internal 4CD so I don't think I could 'unplug' the changer and use it's input/control for my iPod.
If we keep bugging the likes of USASpec, maybe they will put something intelligent together.
