my corolla original 4AFE: 490,000km had no big issues but just taken a safe way and i swaped in another newer lower km 4AFE in it...
my current 4AFE: is getting close to 100,000km...
on my 95 both 4AFE engines(original and current) runs great no major problem never had big issues... my only problem on my 95 corolla is just the stupid bearing on the left drive shaft its f-ck... again... i drove over more pot holes on right side then the left and the right drive shaft bearin never had a problem...
