Trunk center piece.

Kind of a strange question, but the red center glass piece on the trunk of my 97 has gotten pretty busted up and I can't find a replacement anywhere, and I'm not sure if I want to spend the money to find one. Can it be removed? If so does anybody have any pics of what it looks like when it's removed?

Ugh ya that's pretty bad. My car's paint isn't as nice as though so it'd look even worse lol. The only problem with junkyards in my area is that when they do have the car I'm looking for, they only have one that's been picked apart and the prices are pretty high. One here I called wanted 80 bucks for a tail light.

Ewww

... That does look ugly... I was planning to either paint it black or find one without the "Corolla"... all black...

For now you could prolly, temporarily of course, paint it black until you find a replacement.
