i think the part where the seatbelt bolts on will be on the wrong side. you could swap the cushions/fabric though.

If you swap the rails you should be fine.

good topic My driver seat is getting a little thin. I will be doing that to after you confirm it works

However, unfortunately dumbass left a coke on the front seat with weather like now in L.A. about 4 years ago and the thing exploded all over the inside and ruined the ceiling and the pass seat. Cleaned it but it is still stained. Oh well, my cars always turn to inside when I replace them anyway. The funny thing is, I bet this one will outlive the interior. I vowed to drive it into the ground. The difference is that I will be able to keep it when I get a new one this time and use the Corolla for work.

Seatbelt would still be on the wrong side even if you swapped rails. Seatbelt sensor light will always be on. Brackets won't line up if you swap the whole seat. I just don't think it's that simple. Your best bet is to remove the seat and have it re upolstered

Or find somebody who's looking to get rid of the factory seats for a cheap price that have less than 30k miles on them......HINT.

Dieselturbo Check your PM.
