Looking for a definitive answer regarding seats

Time to try and answer this question definitively. I'm well aware that the front seats from a Celica will fit into a 7th gen Corolla, and unless I'm mistaken, some bolt in without modification. Essentially, from what generation of Celicas will the seats bolt in with little to no modification? I plan on purchasing some (6th gen Celica unless otherwise informed) and would rather not like to see if they fit after buying them.

i have 7th gen celica seats in my car, none fit without modification. I also don't think 6th gen celica seats fit without modification. I think your only option are LE model seats, or levin sprinter seats if you can find them.

Well, heck. I guess I'll go pull a pair and see what I can fabricate.

Hope you're good at welding, because it will be required to mount the seat onto the stock brackets.

Myself, not so much, but my good friend does it for a living. Now, off to the junkyard to see if I can find some non-mutilated seats.

i think seats from jdm ae101 or ae111 will fit without modification
