97 buzzer problem

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my 97 corolla. The buzzer does not ever shut off. as soon as you put the key in the ignition it stays on until you remove the key. I would like to know two things.

1) Where is the buzzer so that I can remove it until I get it fixed.
2) Why this would happen all of a sudden? I installed some new bulbs last week but that's the only change!

the dealer said that it would cost up to $400 to troubleshoot the electrical issue.

I think the buzzer sound is coming from the fuse area under the steering wheel but I cannot find it. Here is a picture of where I think the sound is coming from..

the door open indicator works. I can see the indicator turn on and off when I open and close the door.

I think it's both. The same buzzer works for the ignition switch, door and seat belt.

it sounds like when you have your key in the ignition and you open the door. It should stop when you remove the key or start the car. But it doesn't! I removed the dome fuse, which kills the buzzer and the radio. Now I can drive without pulling my hair out. and I don't have much hair to start with!

Also I noticed that the seatbelt light (in the instrument panel) does not turn on anymore. Do you think it's a wiring problem or a computer problem?
