Thanks Pete but I never said the pedal moves the floor?

It brakes great but when I press the brake pedal it goes click click click click. And no I definitely don't have ABS..there's just one brake line to the caliper and that's it.

I'll try greasing the joints at the pedal assembly first..and see if that will resolve anything.
