94 corolla need alarm help please.

I just got a 94 corolla automatic, and has a gargoyal and no key fob but I guess its in "Valet mode" and after you close the door for a little awhile it arms. the only way to disarm it is to open the door (alarm goes off) and have to put the key in the car and trun it to the on position and hold this button for 30 seconds (alarm goes off the entire time) So is there anyway to disarm it, does someone know where I can get a new key fob? If not can someone post a wiring diagram on how I can remove it. Because it has a immobilizer feature as well, when the alarm is active car does not start. Thanks for any help. Thanks Chris
