Something like this. You'll lose a very small amount of low end power and gain a little bit of high end power... and probably have a slightly different exhaust note. Just search "93 corolla header" on eBay for more.

Pretty much. Though it's probably going to be a pain to get the rusty bolts out of the old header. It also wouldn't hurt to make sure your 02 sensor is of the right variety for the header as there are two types: the one that screws directly into the header and the one that mounts on two threaded studs coming out of the header.

He would figure it out eventually, but you could make it easy for him and buy the appropriate header (and save yourself the $100 or so it would cost for the right variation of sensor if they end up mismatched ). Just take a peek down behind the radiator and see what kind of sensor goes into the header

I just bought that OEM type manifold from AM Auto Parts a few weeks ago without the gaskets for $47 shipped so keep looking. Your not going to find a header for cheaper once you figure in shipping and I've seen one of those ebay headers break the weld at each port on the flange. My stock metal header gasket was fine to reuse and I bought the doughnut gasket for like $3 at Autozone.

right there, but there are two types of oxigen sensor, the single screw type, like yours and a flanged one, that is secured with 2 bolts
