They're drums not discs, and you need to replace them. Check autozone.
You should have taken a picture before dismantling it.
take pads, springs, adjuster off. Spray a ton of brake cleaner all over the housing until everything is clean. Get new drum pads, drum hardware kit, adjustment screw, drums. Inspect the wheel cylinders and replace if uncertain (not very expensive, autozone, pep boys). Take your time replacing the stuff (that's where the picture helps). Put grease where the pads metal touches the housing. The e brake cable is a little work to get on right and might require a special pair of pliers to grip it right. After it is all back on right, use two flat head screwdrivers to move the wheel with teeth on the adjustment screw away from the locking bar. Place the drum on the hub after each time to see if it is snug- no play but able to slide on without hammering it. Pull your ebrake to adjust once the wheels are back on.
