Car steering wheel kind of moves by itself when driving
I have a 96 corolla and whenever I drive, the steering wheel kind of move by itself at times, not always like 1 time every 3 times driving up to 40 mph or higher. Its like something is uneven or it is hitting some kind of bump that is causing the steering wheel to kind of move. The road is kind of uneven and has some bumps, but it should not cause the steering wheel to kind of move. My steering wheel moves very easily btw. The alignment is fine, (except the rear camber, but that is not adjustable) the rear tires are new and the fronts are almost bald but I re-balanced them, and Im guessing the rotors need to be re-surfaced but I havent replaced the brakes in years and when I did i re-surfaced the rotors.
Does anyone have any ideas of what is going on?
