Code is actually P0133

Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response

Definition: Response time for the oxygen's sensor's voltage output to change from rich to lean or vise versa is 1 second or more during idle after the engine is at normal running temp.

This code is also related to P0125 which pertains to this oxy sensor and can not adjust the air/fuel mixture accordingly.

Most likey the sensor is bad
