Angry No low/high beams, or rear plate lights! Any ideas?!?

I just purchased a '94 Corolla. Super clean, except that neither the low beams nor the high beam headlights work.

All turn signals (l,r,front, back) work, as well as hazards. When I go to turn on the lights, the dash turns on as well as the tail lights.

I thought it was as simple as a fuse, but the fuses under the hood are all fine. But then I noticed that the rear tag lights weren't coming on either.

It's possible, but I doubt both lamps are bad.

Any ideas?

Headlight Relay

I think I've narrowed it down to the headlight relay. How do I test the relay to see if it's bad?

iirc the high and low have different relays. so that may not be it.

swap it with another relay that has the same part number or just replace it, but i don't think thats going to fix it. you checked for voltage at the headlights and a good ground? you checked that the switch is working? the switch is being fed power?

I just ordered a new relay. The switch seems to be getting power. The bulbs are good, and the actual headlight circuits are getting juice. My relay should be here tomorrow. I'll let you know from there, Bitter.
