Distributor Rotor doesn't turn 94 corolla

No current going to the spark plug and the distributor rotor doesn't move any ideas of what the problem is thanks.

broken timing belt, pull the valve cover and see..., and put a wrench on the crank pulley or the alternator, (turn engine normal rotation) and see if moves
