93 corolla Speedo head......

I need the speedometer head for my 93 corolla, but the part is discontinued.... is there another make/model that would be more common and interchange?

The best thing to do, is get one out of a junkyard. It will also be farrrr cheaper.

I did that and there aren't any around here. My only other option is to ship one from Cali.

Does your's have a tach? Get one of those if not. A bit harder to find but much nicer...and they plug right in. Also...you can swap odometers in case you didn't know

If you run out of options, PM or email me. I know a place where there are some for a fair price.

BTW- Did you check your vehicle speed sensor to make sure thats not the problem. It usually isnt but I have replaced a few.

It Doesn't have the tach. How hard would it be to hook up? Is it one of those things where everything is there, but wasn't hooked up? And Speedy, the odometer and trip meter work and when I hit about 50, the speedo goes to 65-68 mph and stays there til I get below 50 again.
