Check the orange 20 amp under the hood. Most upper left in the box.

Then check the bottom left 15 amp in the kick panel.

Probably the bulbs are burnt out on the cluster. Someone here can tell you what they are exactly, but you'll need 4. To remove the gauge cluster, the black bezel is held in by two screw up top. Once you remove those pull gently on it to get it to pop out. Be sure to tilt your wheel down if it was a tilt wheel. If not, be very careful and try to pull it out at an angle. Next, there are four screw in other corner that need removed. Be very careful and use a magnetic screw driver so you don't drop those screws to no man's land.

After that, very slowly pull it out, and using a precision flat head screw driver, depress the little white clips on each of the three wire bundles connected to the cluster and wiggle it a little at the same time to disengage them. There are two on each side. After that, flip it over. The four big bulbs are the ones you want. They're easy to get online and I believe you can get them in different colors too.

not sayin your an idiot or anything, but you did check the dimmer switch right? Also the guage cluster actually ain't to difficult. Anyway, I find that not all the cluster bulbs just go out at once. I would check those fuses. But if it is the bulbs....the bulbs are 194.

yea i checked the dimmer switch too.....actually the middle part of the cluster went out first. Basically I couldn't see the speedometer but I could see the Temp gauge and the fuel gauge, btw I dont have RPM gauge...which pisses me off. Then the whole thing went dark. So I think it is the BULBS!!

it's really not hard to pull the cluster out. I usually pry the bezel from the bottom first. Then wiggle it outta there. Once you remove the screws from the cluster. Pull it out so you can reach in the back for thse connecters. Then pull it out and on the back is where you will find the bulb sockets. twist them out. The hardest part is getting the plugs connected back up to the cluster.

one thing I need to mention. I have seen some sockets for the cluster to have the electrical terminals on the sides. In this case, you will have to bend the wires on the bulb to make contact with the terminal. I have seen some that are not like that which I have learned recently. They were in the back of a cluster I pulled from a junk yard recently. They were made by Toshiba. In fact, I need to find some for my car because I'm wanting to use LED's. I had to modify the bulbs when I replaced mine since I have the crappy bulb sockets.
