94 corolla 1.6 Tried to drive yesterday , It would start and pull about 20 yards and die. Did this 3 times. The battery was bad so I replaced battery. Now it has good battery dome light works. But no head lights or wipers and will not crank at all. It has been starting and running fine until now.

Perhaps blown fuse or fuses? If so, do check the parts that are protected by the fuse(s) before just replacing the fuse. Otherwise you are running the risk of damaging something due to the excessive current that blew the fuse in the first place.

alternator may be bad. These newer cars cannot run on just the battery alone. It's possible the alternator is not charging so everything was running off the new battery until it drained it.....again. The good news is you should be able to recharge the new battery with no problems. But you need to check the alternator

The new battery is fully charged and is not being drained. I will check all fuses as soon as the rain lets up.

If anyone has other ideas of what to check please post them.
Thanks a million, Manof

Did you clean the connectors when you changed the battery? You would be suprised at how many problems are just dirty terminals. Also make sure the battery connectors attach tightly to the battery. THEN make sure the connections downline from the positive terminal are in good condition.

When something works OK and stops working when you change something, its typically something you disturbed. Look carefully at anything in the area you worked in.

Heres an update: The car will not turn over at all. I have replaced the battery. The fuses and relays check out good. The dome lights, emergency flashers and buzzer are working and strangely the hi beams work but not the low beams, interior fan or wipers. I have checked the wiring connectors and they all seem fine.

This car has been starting and running fine.

fuse link

Do toyotas use a fuse link running off the battery? This may explain why there is no power from battery to starter.
