The rotors might be warped and/or those pads might be glazed over.
It would benefit you to get new rotors and new pads. Please don't get ceramic ones. They require too long to warm up and you might roll thru a stop sign and murder some children.
Goto a Pepboys and ask for HAWK Brake pads for your year corolla. They are performance pads for less than half the price of the Prostops they will try to sell you.
Make sure to put some anti-seize/anti-noise on the pads metal contact points (The side that touches the CALIPER, not the rotor) and both guide bolts.
Make sure the caliper brackets are tight too, they can work them selves loose over time and eventually cause rotors to warp from un even brake wear.
AND, it could be a Hub bearing too, since you can turn the wheel and the squeak goes away.
Lift the tire off the ground, and place your hands at 3 oclock and 9 oclock, then at 12 and 6. and shake the wheel (push and pull) if it has any play in it, its pretty apparent you need either inner or outer tie rods parts.
figured I would throw out some ideas, give these a try and let us know what ya come up with.
