Could also be due to snow stuck up in the wheels if you've had heavy snow lately, unevenly worn tires (which would go along with poor balance/alignment), and if it's over bumps, failing struts.
To the TS: Sway bars are not essential to the front part of a cars suspension and base model Corolla's don't even have them. They mainly help to reduce body roll during high speed/hard cornering.
