Does anyone have a picture or know where the data link connector for a 1996 Toyota Tercel is located at? Thank you for your support!

ugh, I'm guessing under the dash on the driver's side...You might find more knowledgeable people in the Tercel section that can tell you exactly where to look. This is 7th gen Corollas
