DRL/High Beam Problem

Hey guys, I've got a 94 rolla and I cant get the DRL or high beams to work. I've checked the fuse boxes, swapped the front DRL relay and tried 2 other sets of relays above the glove box and still nothing. When I use the switch for high beams, I can hear the relay up front click but nothing out of the glove box ones and the dash light for highs doesnt light up. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions before I went through the hassle of swapping out the multiswitch set and going through testing every wire.

You did the check the bulbs? if not, check the switch to see if there's power going to it by using a digital multi-meter.
