pricing estimates

kk guys, i know u wont like this lol, but i decided i want to sell my car, BUT i will be buying another toyota, possibly a truck. so, the reason for this post is, I want estimates of what you think my car is worth. so i thought theres no better place to ask then the guys on TN! Canadian or US dollars, doesnt matter but make sure u state CAD or USD. just be honest about it!

Info:
1994 Corolla DX
133,xxx original Kilometers
Automatic
Brand new battery, rotors and safety inspection passed.
2 sets of wheels, oz racing rims & steelies
glow gauges, sony xplod stereo, blue dome light, flat black paintjob
little rust on the rear wheel wells.

So give me your take on it! give me some prices, what would u sell it for if it was yours? what else could i add to the description of it?
Its my 2nd corolla, they are good cars and highly recommend them i just want to explore a little more being young still.

you can look on the manitoba sections of kijiji or trader.ca for prices... cars are not worth the same in different regions and I doubt there's many people here from MB.

Paint is probably going to hurt the value due to it being different from what was stock, unless you had the inside of the door, truck, etc painted to match. Even then, it could hurt the value as people often equate matte paint in that color to primer, even if it is a true matte finish.

I would say if all is in good shape in terms of the motor, interior, and frame condition, maybe a couple k for it. Aside from the paint your mods all seem done well enough and of high enough quality no one will care and they may add a little value to the car. You would probably get more back on the wheels though if you took them off and replaced them with the stock steel wheels.

Cars are worth less when modified. I would try to put it back to stock (besides the paint since you can't really do anything else about that) and part out the mods...you'll make more money that way.

Over here you'd get around $2500 - $3500 NZD for it ($1800 - $2500 CAD). Although take into consideration the exchange rate, so I'm not sure what that would equate to over there. Might pay to start high and work your way down in price if it doesn't get much interest.

$1500-$2500 tops.

Mainly due to the paintjob and the rust.

If you got your stepdad to paint it silver as it was, or an original color, you probably could get 3-3500.
As it is, 2000. You modified it, and there is no value in mods. Not many people want a modded 7th gen corolla in flat black.
Take your mods out :

oz racing rims
glow gauges, sony xplod stereo, blue dome light, flat black paintjob

Put it back to stock and paint it the original toyota metallic black (or the silver it was) as we were discussing as I was intending to do, and then you could get decent coin for it.

Brand new battery, rotors and safety inspection are not mods and are a necessity to sell any car. This is basic maintenance and requirements of the mb safety.
Your two sets of tires don't mean much as neither set is a set of winters, thus doesn't increase the value of the car. The oz's may help sell the car quicker but won't increase the selling value by more then 250 bucks.

I just sold one for $2500 and the paint was nice and shiny...and no rust. 40K on the motor. I would say $2500 max considering the interior is clean and it has power amenities
