Finally installed the gauge bulbs

Well my gauge bulbs burned out like 4-5 months ago and today I finally got the chance to installed the RED LED ones that I had bought. Seems like the bulb close to the temp needle is not lighting up.... gotta look into that.

That looks great! I was actually sitting in my car listening to my sounds last night when I turned my lights on and thought "I really need to change the colour of those bulbs". The red looks wicked. Thanks for sharing, will definitely look into changing mine.

Cool, I was thinking of going with blue to match my interior. Has anyone replaced the smaller lights that light up stuff like the brake light, seatbelt light, etc? Is there even anything that fits there? I think the stock ones are Toshiba V2 depending on the car.

Your blue one looks badass bro. Could almost be mistaken for an aeroplane cluster . I can't help but wonder what it would look like with a single red LED just behind where the redline is. Makes me feel like doing mine...

Actually, I guess my pic doesn't show it, but all of those other little indicators ARE little LED bulbs. I made all of the red and amber lights red, and I made the green ones blue lol. Here's a pic of the LEDs.

Before (no LEDs, except for turn signals)

After (another LED pic, but without the fog light indicator on). SO much brighter!!

haha thanks..... well, my plan is to create a custom cluster, using blue, white, and red LEDs. One behind each number and stuff. Like I did with my A/C controls. This way, I can have the red part red. And, I'm going to black out the gauges, like with the A/C controls, so that they are completely black without the car on.

Is there a specific type of bulb for that? I thought those may be LEDs as they look pretty sharp. I hate how dim they look compared to our newer Mitsubishi Outlander, which has a sharply let gauge cluster.

yeah, the LEDs are very sharp for sure.

The bulb kind is 74. I got them from autolumination.com!
