gen 7 4AFE major sparkingness

Out of curiosity, is number 4 cylinders plug lead meant to make a major spark?

I did a drop test on all the cylinders coz I haven't done it before and 1,2 & 3 cylinders just came off no worries and went bac no worries. So did number 4, except that it was a scorching midday sun and the spark coming out of the lead was huge! So is it normal?

Cars fully standard but not sure if it could be like an early symptom of faulty coil or something similar?

Thanks

they should all throw large sparks, could be a bad cap/rotor or weak wires.

Good to see another Kiwi in the 7th Gen forum. Would be good to see pics of your Corolla if you've got them .
