gen 7 Fixing 94 Corolla Dx Seat Belt Retractor Need Help
Hey guys i just got fix my 94 ae100 and now my seatbelt is stuck. Now i cant drive until i get fix need some help

Pull off the plastic panel covering the seatbelt and mechanism on the pillar and wipe down the seatbelt (really soak it) and spray some into the mechanism too. That will free up any dirt and dust locking the belt. Let it sit for a few mins and try working the seatbelt, you may have to repeat it a few times to free it up completely.
