I explained it pretty simply. If you can't understand what a 12v constant (+) is then you need to have someone else do this for you or consult an automotive electrician's manual. The positives (+) will be your 12v constant, it needs to be run from the positive terminal on the battery so that it is always getting juice even when the key is off. Don't forget the in-line fuse. This is so your gauges can keep their 'memory' if they have custom settings, and also to keep them from pulling too much amperage from the factory wiring harness.
The ACC wire is supposed to go into the 'ACC/Accessory' fuse slot in your fuseblock, it will only get juice when the key is switched to the ACC position or the car is running. This is what tells your gauges to actually 'turn on' and start gauging things

For 7th-gen Corollas there isn't one, but the Cig/Radio slot works just as well (just be careful about how many extra devices you run through it, you don't want to pull too much more amperage.) The fuseblock in question is under the dash on the driver's side in the left kick panel (the one closest to the driver's side door.) There is a little square cover with a pin you pull out to get to it.
The other positive(s) you mentioned (control wires) are probably for lighting. Consult the wiring diagram that SHOULD have come with your gauges to figure this one out.
The grounds, you can run to any bolts you can find that screw into the floorpan, firewall, or frame. There should be good spots to use behind the center dash console (where the cig lighter and ashtray are) and underneath the floor console. You can run all of the grounds to the same bolt too, if you want. Just make sure the bolt you select is actually a good ground. You can confirm with a voltmeter.
