USA Removing Water Pump Pulley

Any advise on getting the Water Pump Pulley off? There isn't enough room for a socket, there are (4) 10mm bolts that are tricky to get to, and the pulley doesn't stay in place, even with the belts on.

I have the right front tire and splash shield removed.

Whats the best method?

Around the pulley. Works like a charm.

Last place I saw it refered to it as a boa. Works on jars well too, so pass it to the gf or the wives after.

Strap wrench, most hardware stores should have them, but auto stores might have them too.
