I'll start checking junkyards, but if the swap is that involved I'll probably just try a generic aftermarket setup. They run around $250 for everything you need. I'm sure I could find the stuff to do the swap at a junkyard for a lot less but it sounds like it could potentially be a real pain in the ass. Plus, I'm one of those people that goes out to the junkyard and pulls a bunch of stuff but forgets one simple thing I need to make it all work

EDIT: Nationwide junkyard search turned up some results for the servo but the nearest one is 71 miles away and it's $85. And that's just the servo, never mind the speed controller and the column control switch

Looks like aftermarket is the way to go here.
