I can't tell..was that black and the black material worn off to reveal the aluminum underside or is that paint that's chipped revealing the black plastic? My car doesn't seem to have that part painted. HAHA

They call it the drip molding. http://www.toyota-parts-dealer.com/s...914/132/35914/

To see a picture go here(its also a little cheaper here, but more confusing to find)
https://www.toyotapartscenter.net/toyotaoemparts.html
Enter year/make/model
Click(left side options):
Roof
Roof and components
Drip molding
then Drip molding again when it pops up at the top center.
Click view illustration for the pic. its #9.

Man it's only 30 dollars for the wagon. If I knew that, I wouldn't have painted mine.

But to answer your question, what I did was peeled all the black stuff with my fingernail till the whole thing was chrome again. I then cleaned it really well and primered it and just painted it with "Trim Paint" from Duplicolor. Here's the only picture I have after I finished it. I did it when I first got the car and also other trims/moldings
