rim offset

Got some 15 rims with a 37 offset

tire are 205 55 just wanted to know if it be fine

it should but did you try on at least one of them to see if you have clearance between the inner side tire and the strut and clearance between the outer side of the tire and the fender... if ther is rubbing issues on the outerside then that can be delt with by rolling your fenders.

Mine is lowered on 205/50/15 with 15x7 35mm...I figured an extra 5mm on tire height would make it like half an inch from touching the strut since mine is pretty close.

What's the width of the wheel?

I would say no, the aspect ratio is too large and you'll probably rub with that size.

For 15s you'll need either 195/55/15 or 205/50/15 only.
