Chassis reinforcement

So a moment ago, I stumbled on a post saying something about how someone with a 4AGZE swapped AE101 has so much torque that the chassis is bending.

I'm just wondering, what are good ways to reinforce the chassis? Would like to know since I'd really like to swap in a motor with some power, and also make the car handle better.

Also to add, I have a sunroof

Our chassis is fairly stiff in comparison to many others, but individual areas would need to be addressed based on symptoms.

Really?

So what areas do you find weak that need reinforcement?
