Loosen the idler pulley lock nut(the top pulley in the pyramid)then turn the adjusting bolt(above the pulley,to the left of the alternator)turn till there is enough slack to remove the belt off the crankshaft pulley.Since it's off you might as well change all your belts,they are fairly inexpensive and should wear relatively all at the same time.Do in reverse for install.
When you replace the belts,to ensure proper tension you'll need to use a belt tension gauge,if you can not use one.Lay a straight board or something straight that carries from pulley to pulley,you then need to place pressure to the belt in the center of each pulley, then measure with a ruler the distance between the belt and the straight object.for a 7"-11" span it should go a 1/4",for a 12"-16" span it should deflect 1/2"
