when u press break the cluster light turns on

recently i have been noticing that when ever i press my brake y cluster light turns on
like all the dim lights turns on
if the car is not running n i press the break and door is open i hear tht beep
like the one that happens when the headlights are on

can anyone help me with this problem?

That's due to a wiring short, it's most commonly melted bases on your taillight bulbs. Check those and replace any that have melted. You'll start blowing fuses after a little while.
