Lost gears?

I was driving the other day and started realizing that 2nd gear was taking me a few extra seconds to find. eventually i couldn't find it and 4th and reverse. but 1st 3rd and 5th gears are still perfect and there. its just the bottom 3 on the stick shift. does anyone know the problem. is it the whole clutch, or i've heard its a simple pin in the gearbox. if anyone knows the problem cud they tell me, thank you

There are a couple rubber grommet/bushings on top of the tranny where the cables attach. One has probably deteriorated so now won't move the linkages correctly.

If its not the linkages or the bushing, could be a broken or bent shifter fork in the transmission, usually caused when you miss shift/grind the trans or try jamming it into gears, usually the 1-2 shift.
