In my 96 Automatic Prizm... should there be lights at my shifter? My parents are insisting there are but I don't think so... and I don't feel like tearing it apart to find out.

There is a DIY floating around the 8th gen Corolla forum that someone wrote up.

Difference gens but the procedure is the same.
