5e-fhe specs and tuning possibilities?

I know that they are 110bhp standard, but I want to get one for my 1.3 corolla and tune it a little...

at the minute the 1.3 has levin exhaust (nice rasp lol), decat (selfmade), standard pre-facelift mani thats actually 4-2-1 but in short distance and an induction kit...

plans I have are to make my own ram-air kit for the grille, CDA airfilter between the ram-air and the intake protected by heatwrap, custom fit the 20V silvertop ITB system (getting for cheap off a good friend), enlarge the head ports and fabricate my own 4-2-1 mani and heatwrapping it...
I was also thinking of raising the rev limiter to maybe 8k, possibly 8200-8500 if parts are available and handle those type of RPM's...

now I want to find out some more about the engine, are there any uprated cams on the market, aswell as uprated springs?
I will be rebuilding the engine, and know that ARP make conrod bolts, and headbolts so thats that sorted, but does anyone know if someone makes uprated valve seals and guides, and piston rings?I'm sick of toyota's burning a fair share of oil, so want to try eliminate that by uprating the seals, guides and rings and fitting an oil cooler
I knwo about speedvisioncps, but will they work with an N/A engine, same goes for their valve springs?

also is the 5e-fhe ecu remappable at all, or do I need to go and get an aftermarket ecu..?I think this might be a problem as I never heard of an uprated yet...?!?

and sorry about all the questions, just want to make sure that the parts are available for my high-spec N/A project, and that I dont end up with huge costs for custom bits lol

EDIT: dont worry, uprated fuel pump and FPR will also be added to the engine

many thanks,
Nicky
