Hello, this is my first post.

I have a 1994 Corolla and I can't let it go. 336K and going.
From what I hear, I have just "begun" breaking it in.

I have a few issues I need help with. I used to get better that 8L/100 Km now I get 10L/100 KM.
Any ideas?

ALso, I need to replace the Windsheild Wiper Linkage. Any ideas where I can get a deal? Can I use say a 2001 assembly, will it work?

Thanks for the help.

MPG naturally goes down with the accumulation of miles. I would do a compression check.
In the meantime, I moved your thread from the intro section to the Corolla section.
These guys are sharp when it comes to the Corolla. If anyone can help you and answer your questions, these guys can.

336k km is nothing for a Corolla. The decrease in economy is due to a lot of things caused by age and use, just wear and tear really, but you can try a fuel additive (Seafoam comes to mind) to clean out some gunk. I don't think a 2001 windshield wiper linkage would work, but anything from a '93-'97 Corolla is the exact same part, try your local junkyard.

336k kms?I got over half a million, with loads of abuse ond not a hint of a service in the last about 30k kms, so you've loads left

also I'm unsure about the 2001 linkage, but 1992-1997 linkage should be plentiful
