1997 Corolla stalls and dies while driving

Hello Toyota guys, I have problems with my 97 Corolla 1.6L 3 speed automatic, when it gets to normal engine temperature, it starts to stall, and eventually it will die. I can restart the engine but it will continue to repeat since its in the normal temperature, when the engine is cool it runs fine and when its really hot outside it stalls more early. Here are the things I have done so far:

• Changed spark plugs and spark plug wires with new ones.
• Added a bottle of fuel system cleaner.
• Added more oil to the engine since I just checked it and it was low.

I use this car to get to and from work so please help, I'd really appreciate it if I figure it out.
