shocks struts and springs

Im looking for new shocks and struts for my car as well as some lowering springs.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a good brand as well as a good price.

I would like to buy all three at once.

Thanks in advance

For that kind of drop, you're looking at Tein S-Techs and Tokico HPs or Koni Yellows.

Anything more than that, and you'll need to get coilover sleeves or full-blown coilovers.

monroe are some of the best shocks i've come across, never had one burst on me and the state of irish roads is ridiculous.
as for springs, TEin are expensive but worth the money, and I think eibacj or H&R make 60mm springs (about 2in)

DropZones arent bad ive had them on my previous corolla and they ride pretty well. i had 2" drop all round with KYB GR2 struts. but ive heard that after awhile they loose ther stiffness.

I would recommend against getting dropzone anything unless you're on a severe budget.

They would require firmer shocks like Koni Yellows if you plan on lowering over 1.75". GR2's would not last long if the strut is running close to full compression all the time.

i agree but thankfully my GR2 struts are still in good working order after the accident but for my current corolla am gonna try a tokico strut/H&R spring combo with a 1.5" drop and see how that goes

+1. I've got Monroe GT Reflex shocks/struts installed on my Corolla and they're great. Very good value for money.

Tokico struts are excellent quality. I've used them on several cars with excellent results!
